Plasma Display Products -
are startlingly lifelike razor-sharp distortion-free images on a Samsung plasma display.
Light up your space with rich, vivid, accurate color.
How Plasma Works -
Plasma panels are an array of tiny cells, known as pixels, which contain phosphors
corresponding to the colors red, green and blue. Sandwiched against these cells is
a thin layer of gas in a plasma state. Electric alimpulses enter the gas, which
emits bursts of ultraviolet light at precise locations and intervals. The phosphor
cells absorb these signals and then re-radiate the energy as visible light, producing
the vivid images that appear on screen.
Eminently Dependable -
Nobody has more experience with plasma technology than Samsung, the company
who first started the digital television revolution. When you invest in plasma,
trust the people who know it best.
Totally Flat Imaging Area -
There are no distortions with Samsung plasma monitors, because the screen is
perfectly flat. The clear and sharply focused image extends to every corner.
Note: Plasma Displays from Professional Products Group are licensed by the FCC
as Class A products. They are intended strictly for commercial use.
Conference Rooms -
Make sophisticated business presentations involving a range of digital sources,
including computer graphics, VCRs, DVDs and more.
Retail Locations -
Shopping mall and in-store flat screen displays create impact.
With Samsung durability and easy connectivity, you can create short-term or
long-term display environments with a minimum of setup time.
Terminals -
Clear text, eye-catching graphics and flexible mounting options make Samsung
monitors an ideal choice.
Classrooms -
Samsung PDPs on powered ceiling lifts make excellent ceiling monitors in a
lecture hall environment.
Improved Picture Quality -
Tiny black-stripe separator panels between the phosphor cells provide added
color integrity, resulting in clearer, more vibrant color and improved contrast
in bright locations. This is just one reason why Samsung plasma monitors are
among the brightest on the market.
Wide Viewing Angle -
Samsung plasma monitors feature a full 160 degree viewing angle measured horizontally
and 60 degrees measured vertically (for overhead mounts).
